Closer Look at Kuna
The Kuna security light has an adjustable 720P HD video camera that can be adjusted and pivoted around to get the best video capture of your subject. It’s best to adjust the video camera once the light is setup and is view-able via your smartphone. Below shows a close-up of the video camera along with the sensor used to pickup motion. There is also a dust to dawn sensor here which is great because your smart light can be configured both to turn on at night or even setup on a schedule or no schedule at all.
On the bottom of the Kuna WiFi security light you will find a couple of LED lights which indicates many things such as motion, syncing, and other things related to the configuration and operation of the Kuna light.
The Kuna does not come with any light bulbs, so one will need to be purchased separate but it takes a regular socket light bulb. It accepts incandescent, LED, or CFL.
On the back of the Kuna we see the wires and how the light will be mounted to the wall. One note here is that the wiring is already stripped and ready to go. No need to use any pliers to strip back wiring or tape to keep them together as they also provided wire nuts for a fast and easy installation.
Lastly, here are the other components that will be included with your Kuna smart security light and video camera. You’ll find the; mounting bracket, installation light holder tool, measuring tool, wire nuts, bolts, and decorative nuts.
Also included is a Quick Start Guide which informs you what you should have in the box and also the items that won’t be in the box like a screwdriver and light bulb.
On the back of the Quick Start guide you’ll find the instructions for the installation of the Kuna light. For such short instructions, they explain it well and have pictures to go along with it that makes it very straight forward.
