The pink wireless headphones by Kidz Gear are geared for the mobile kids that need freedom from wires completely. This is actually good for safety with small children, not having to worry about the wires getting tangled or worse, strangling them. It also has a removable boom microphone which is perfect to keep it off the headphones when not in use.
The blue headphones by Kidz Gear is more geared towards the kids needing to hookup to a computer for using the microphone but can also be used strictly as headphones too. The easy to move boom mic makes it a piece a cake to put it up and out of the way when not in use. I do wish that you could remove it completely, similar to how the wireless headphones work but for $19.99 I might be asking for too much.
So what do you get with the Kidz Gear Wireless Headphones? Well, everything you see below! You receive the bluetooth headphones, removable mic, USB charger cable, stereo cable, and the instructions to go along with it.
Kidz Gear did a fantastic job on the removable boom mic on these wireless headphones. Not only is the boom mic removable, its VERY easy to do so. You simply stick the stereo plug into the bottom of the headphones and give it a twist, to lock it into place. To remove it, you give it a twist back the other way and unplug it.. its that easy!
On the left side of the earmuff you will find audio controls that allows for you to control your music wirelessly from the device you are synced with. There is a volume adjuster represented by the plus and minus, fast forward and rewind which is also skip and previous, and there is also a play and pause button in the center.
The wired blue headset that we received came with the following; Wired Headset with Boom Mic (non-removable), volume limiting adapter, and a small instruction page.
As far as the features go for this headset, it’s much more limiting than the wireless headphones. You do receive the same quality headphones, a long cord to reach your electronics, and a boom mic. Unfortunately, the boom mic is not removable like the wireless headphones – bummer. There is also a volume control on the corded wire.
Lastly, we also received a micro fiber lined pouch for storing the headphones in when not in use.
