Fake iPhone Factory in China Shutdown

Chinese authorities have found and shutdown a huge iPhone knockoff factory that has already produced over 40,000 units worth over $19.7 million dollars.

The bust includes 41,000 fake iPhone’s, 66,000 smartphone circuit boards, 1,400 different branded phones and nine suspects being arrested.

In addition to the mobile phones, the company also had manufactures millions of accessories for the phones. The manufactured fake phones and accessories were then exported all over the world and sold as new or as “refurbished” products.
