Hubsan has announced a brand new drone to its lineup, the H501S Hubsan X4 FPV Brushless. This quad-copter is the 220mm form factor size and weighs in at 410 grams including the battery. It has a 2300mAh Lipo giving the Hubsan X4 FPV a flight time of around 19 minutes.
The new H501S X4 from Hubsan features a 4.3 inch LCD display built-in to the controller and utilizes the 2.4GHz band for radio flight control and the 5.8Ghz band for the FPV video transmissions to the remote which allows you to see exactly where you are flying in first person.
The new drone also has a 1080P HD video camera with an wide angle 120° fixed view. It’s not movable or adjustable but this keeps the costs lower for this particular quadcopter.
Among other features, it has an automatic return to home function, follow me function which utilizes the built-in GPS, and headless mode which means the copter will go left when you point the stick left no matter which way the copter is oriented. One of the best features of the new quadcopter is brushless motors! It has the KV1650 motors which gives it the power and durability it needs for this caliber quadcopter.
